Is the online entry procedure safe and secure as I don't see the padlock sign on each page?
Quote from British Cycling - "I would like to put your mind at rest and clarify that the site security level which is being displayed to you is that of the event organisers website NOT of the entry system. By virtue of the fact that the system is embedded within an organisers website means that the security certificate of the top level i-frame will be displayed in the browser (the website) rather than the security certificate of the embedded online entry system.
The embedded Everyday Cycling Online Entry System is fully secure using financial online security provided by Secpay".
How can I check I have entered?
Check the entry list (when posted)
A provisional entry list will be posted on the website as soon as time allows, this will show your rider number.
I have entered the wrong ride distance?
This is not a problem, you are able to change the distance you ride whilst on the event, depending how you feel on the day. We include this tick box as an indication for ourselves of the split between the 2 distances.
Group / team entries
This year we are able to enter you in groups or teams, just add your friends or team mates names and details when you enter.
Can I get on the reserve list?
We will not be compiling a list of reserves
In the unlikely event that any further places become available we would open up the online entry list for a short period. Advanced notice will be given. Please check the website www.dragonride.co.uk regularly for notification. We do not have the capacity to contact you individually.
No more registrations will be available once the entry list is full.
Can I withdraw from the event?
As detailed in the rules and regulations we will not be refunding any entry fees if you are unable to take part on the ride. We will however allow you to transfer your entry to a friend for a £10 administration fee. Transfer forms are available by clicking the attached link:
